  We've just been informed that our extended warranty and capped price servicing ( which is expensive anyway ) has been cancelled as we haven't kept up with the required servicing. My husband did book it in for the required service during one of it's "recalls", but was informed it hadn't done enough kilometers! No other mail has been received other than recall notices which we attend to promptly!

  Terrible service. Why ask if you would like a free service eg car wash and then not carry it out and not tell you it wasn't done wgen you collect your car. They should also be able to provide more of a courtesy drop off service instead of telling you when you get there.

  Rang them for a 60km service they wanted $700 so I rang vonbibra at Robina and the service is $360 they are such a rip off

  STAY AWAY!! Terrible service! I took my car in to have the tyre changed as I was driving on my spare. They took over an hour to change the tyre over and now, a few days later I've called the NRMA out as the steering was shaking and the car making a noise on the road. They have put the tyre INSIDE OUT! It says "INSIDE" on the outside of the tyre - the NRMA service man told me it was no wonder the it was making a noise on the road because the grooves were rubbing the wrong way. I called and got no apology from the service manager. They should know Holden's better, being a Holden service centre and all. Disgusted at their lazy 'work'. NRMA man was absolutely baffled how they could've done this. Shocking!
